Whether you have been fishing for a lifetime or are a beginning angler, hiring a charter fishing boat is a terrific way to experience the Chesapeake Bay and its waterways. Anglers flock to this region to experience a variety of fishing opportunities and to learn from some of the most experienced captains on all of the Chesapeake Bay.
Our charter and head boat captains offer trips that vary according to the seasons and target species like perch, red drum, black drum, bluefish, speckled trout, spanish mackerel and catfish. Some boats are custom designed specifically for catching striped bass (aka rockfish, striper).
Most charters are scheduled from May through November. And just for fun, many Captains also offer sunset cruises and on-board crab feasts for groups.
Due to the high demand, it’s recommended that trips be arranged far in advance of your visit. Please note, that some captains prefer to take reservations by phone.
