The Queen Anne's County Watermen’s 2025 Crab Basket Tree Display will go up for the Holidays!

Basket tree building display to be built by the Queen Anne's County Watermen on Saturday, November 29th, 2025

Tree Lighting Ceremony and Vendor Fair Scheduled for

Saturday, December 6, 2025

Members and friends of the  Queen Anne’s County Watermen’s Association will join together to construct the Queen Anne’s County Watermen’s Crab Basket Tree display in Queen Anne’s County  at Kent Narrows. Citizens and businesses will be working through the Fall season to paint the baskets that will make up the trees in the display. The tree build is scheduled for Saturday, November 29, 2025. 

The tree display is located at on the Fisherman’s Crab Deck property at 3032 Kent Narrows Way South (Main Street, Rt.18)  in Grasonville. 

A Holiday themed Vendor Fair will be held between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. in and around the Crab Deck Pavilion. Food Trucks and beverages will be available. Selfies with Santa and Mrs. Clause are between 3:30 p.m. & 6:00 p.m.

A ceremonial tree lighting, will be hosted by the Queen Anne’s County Watermen’s Association,  the evening of December 6. To view the lighting ceremony please visit Kent Narrows Waterfront on Facebook or tune in to QAC TV live at 6:00 p.m.

This year the tree will remain in place through early January so visitors and residents may take their photos with the tree throughout the holiday season.
